Description
The loft, consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a living room and kitchen, was conceived as an imposing space on two levels that retains the typical characteristics of an industrial space: double rough brick walls with insulating soundproofing, conduit pipes exposed metal, ceilings of 5 meters, windows with double tempered glass windows that can all be opened.
** AVAILABLE STARTING FROM JULY 2021 FOR CONTRACTS OF MAXIMUM 12 MONTHS.
All utilities (electricity, gas, water) and wifi are also included in the 200 € of condominium fees. The total price is therefore 5700 € (all absolutely included).
The apartment looks like a serviced apartment, fully furnished, equipped and with a 24h / 24h concierge service through which you can book on-demand services such as weekly cleaning, laundry, shopping at home, dogsitter and much more.
In addition to wifi, independent heating and air conditioning, in the apartment you will find dishes, pans and everything you need for cooking, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, sheets, new towels and products from bathroom.
The living area has an entire glass wall that overlooks the manicured condominium gardens and a curtain with full-height blackout allows for complete darkness and resembles a theatrical curtain. Despite the rigorous design, the furniture guarantees maximum comfort and functionality, enhancing the pleasure of domestic activities: for example, listening to classical music broadcast by the stereo system with the original Guarneri loudspeakers by Sonus Faber, reading books and magazines by design, lifestyle and history facilitated by lamps of adjustable intensity. The solid oak bookcase, hung on the wall like a painting, is a creation by the cabinetmaker Giuseppe Amato and gives a warm and welcoming effect to the living room.
The loft becomes an Art Gallery with pieces by the great Masters, some of which are unique, such as the original prototype by Philip Starck for the armchair of the Cafè Costes in Paris. The floor, also in homage to Chareau, is covered with natural rubber stamped in an unobtainable sand color.
On the lower level of the loft there is also a kitchen complete with all appliances, a very quiet bedroom with television and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, reachable via the massive iron staircase, is the master bedroom which, in addition to a sommier double bed with upholstered headboard and hanging rail, has a reading corner with a burgundy '800 English leather armchair and a lounge en suite bathroom with large bathtub.
