Description
Estate in Alentejo, with main house and rural hotel unit.
The 44 ha of land on which the property is located are made up of: 21 ha of vineyards fully producing VQPRD grapes, 7 ha of olive groves (Galega and Cobrançosa varieties), 3 ha of orange grove (New Hall, Valencia Late and orange- Pêra da Vidigueira), 5 ha of forest (cork oaks and holm oaks with beehives) and 4 ha of free land. The remaining area refers to the social area (buildings and their surrounding areas), accesses and interior paths on the property, etc.
It has a hotel (370 m 2 ) designed and sized, in terms of already installed infrastructure, for twelve rooms, with only six being built in the first phase. The hotel is fully equipped (with furniture and machinery that are naturally included in the deal), and is in permanent and normal operation.
It has a 250 m 2 mixed cellar: a traditional area with seven clay pots, and a modern area that includes a fermentation tank for 5,000 L of wine and its chiller, with several stainless steel/steel tanks. It has a support kitchen and two bathrooms.
It has a water pumping house for irrigation with respective sand filters, a membrane filter, and a liquid fertilizer, and includes a computer for controlling the irrigation system by sectors.
It also includes a swimming pool measuring 8 mx 8 mx 1.30 m, fully equipped with sand filter and skimmers.
In the house with 370 m2 and attic, the highlight is the four suites, large leisure areas and diesel central heating. Almost all of its contents (furniture and miscellaneous equipment, refrigerators, chests, boiler) are included.
