The 4-star hotel is located in the tranquility of the town called Lido del Sole, surrounded by greenery and a short distance from the beach which can be considered the most beautiful on the Bibione coast.
The property was built in the 1970s, but has benefited from major renovations during its years of operation: 1985 and 2002 for its entirety; boiler from 2013; swimming pool 2014; room 2016; 2017 dining room; Rooms 2018 – 2019; 2022 external – internal painting and roof sheathing; 2023 floors.
The total surface area of the accommodation facility is approx. m2. 1726 divided over six floors including a basement, the ground floor dedicated to services and the four floors intended for rooms for a total of 48 keys capable of offering a capacity of approx. 100 beds. Furthermore, on the fourth and top floor there is 1 apartment of approx. m2. 100 heated, reserved for the owner/manager. Furthermore, it is worth highlighting the availability of 7 rooms for use by service staff and the possibility of heating the building entirely, thus allowing the company to satisfy a corporate market and/or organize events throughout the year.
In the external area of the property there is a car park with 34 parking spaces for guests and a harmonious swimming pool divided between adults and children who do not require a lifeguard considering the cm. 160 maximum height.
The hotel provides the services of: bicycles for adults and children, mini club on the beach, children's play area, sun terrace, bar near the swimming pool, library, wi-fi, beach service.
The clientele has been consolidated for years, attendance is constantly growing and is mostly represented by Italians and German-Austrians.
From a technical point of view, the systems are completely compliant with safety regulations. In particular, the hotel obtained the CPI (Fire Prevention Certificate) in 2014, promptly renewed in 2023.
