This enchanting property is located about 30 minutes from the city of Florence, near the ancient village of Badia a Passignano. The farmhouse, which has been completely renovated, is accessed via a panoramic white road that winds through the green vineyards and the most authentic Chianti woods.
As soon as you arrive, you feel the exclusivity of the location, completely immersed in greenery, and the careful conservative renovation that has preserved the authenticity of the typical Tuscan farmhouse. On entering, there is a large living area with a large kitchen and an old large fireplace, characteristic of the country houses, and two bathrooms. Going up to the first floor we find another large living area and six bedrooms enjoying a wonderful view of the valley, four of which have ensuite bathrooms, as well as a fifth bathroom serving the other two bedrooms. The materials used are designed to preserve the typical features of Tuscan farmhouses: ceilings with rafters and bricks, wooden window frames, stone floors and elegant parquet in the rooms are some examples.

In addition, the villa has a swimming pool located on the terraced garden, in an excellent sunny and panoramic position. The pool, embellished with a stone-clad whirlpool bath with waterfall, is ideal for complete relaxation and enjoying pleasant moments of wellbeing with a breathtaking view. The property is completed by a large plot of 28 hectares of, of which 8.5 hectares are arable land. This area also houses a small horse farm.

Just a few minutes away are the enchanting villages of Badia a Passignano and Montefioralle, both recognised as among the most beautiful villages in Italy. Also within easy reach are charming places such as San Gimignano, Certaldo and Volterra, which are less than an hour's drive from the property and represent rich little gems to be discovered that give you the chance to immerse yourself in the tradition and art of the region.
