Description
The Capistrano1 establishment with capacity for 4 people is located in the well-known San Juan de Capistrano urbanization, north of Nerja, very close to the Sierra-Almijara Natural Park, with a very Andalusian feel, as it was designed as a typical Mediterranean white village. Great beauty in its green gardens with a relaxed atmosphere. The urbanization has a communal swimming pool for adults and children and around the pool there are areas to eat in the restaurants. It also has supermarkets and local businesses.
The house has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, the main one with access to the terrace, the second bedroom with 2 beds, living room with TV and air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, large terrace equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the sea views and romantic sunsets, private garden, recently renovated bathroom with shower and a tea or shaded area at the back of the house overlooking the communal gardens.
There are numerous hiking trails near the holiday home (e.g. El Cahorro del Rio Chillar...), and you can explore the cultural and gastronomic routes of the towns of Nerja, Cuevas de Nerja, Maro, Torrox, Acebuchal and Frigiliana among other places.
The accommodation offers a seasonal outdoor pool for adults and children from March to November, free Wi-Fi, smoke-free rooms. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation in the 2024/25 season. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Extra cleaning service can also be arranged. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and pets are not allowed (please consult).
