Bright and spacious charming apartment located on the first floor of a wonderful period building in Brera, the heart of Milan. The apartment is located in a strategic position: a few steps from Via Monte Napoleone and Via della Spiga, the luxury area for shopping and gourmet restaurants. The Arena Civica, Parco Sempione, the green lung of Milan, Corso Como, Corso Garibaldi, Piazza Gae Aulenti and Bosco Verticale are easily reachable on foot. In the neighborhood there are, among others, the Armani, Bulgari, Cipriani and Mandarin Oriental spas/gyms. The apartment is characterized by the quiet and elegance of the furnishings and finishes; composed of a large living area with separate kitchen, dining area and living room, two bright separate sleeping areas with double bedrooms and two dedicated bathrooms, one with a large shower and one with a bathtub. a security deposit equal to 2 rents is required for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities (gas, electricity, electricity) are included up to a maximum of €80 per month. Any excess will be invoiced separately. The tourist visa is not a valid document to sign the contract. Tax code and a valid passport are required to subscribe. If the person signing the contract is a company, 30% more rent will be required due to additional taxes and charges.
