The house, with a constructed area of 300 meters and a plot of 1150 meters, is located in Beniarbeig, one of the quietest villages in our region, just a few kilometers from the idyllic beaches of Denia, and close to all kinds of services, shopping centers, medical centers, golf courses, nautical and sports clubs.
Here you can enjoy our wonderful climate all year round, you can sunbathe in its swimming pool, in its garden, on its spacious terraces. One of its main attractions is its great comfort, since the main areas of the house are located on a single floor.
The house was built as a family home, for the enjoyment, comfort and simplicity of the little everyday things of our day to day. Both the materials used and all its finishes were carefully chosen to give the warmth and harmony that the house required, being these of the highest quality. The metal carpentry is made with TECHNAL windows and triple insulation glazing. Both the kitchen and the furniture and cabinets were handmade by local artisans. You will be amazed by the impressive old wooden door that gives us access to the house.
The spaciousness of its rooms, a large living room, a spacious kitchen with an office area, spacious bedrooms, all of them perfectly equipped. At the top of the house is the mezzanine, the most intimate and flirtatious part. The house also has a garage, which we access from inside the house through stairs, as well as a parking area, with availability for 4 or 5 cars, and a large storage room.
In the garden area we find the 5 x 10 meter swimming pool with outdoor shower and a barbecue area.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms, as well as gas central heating, it also has fire detectors and alarm.
