Description
Augustinianum Palace. 5000 m2 offices and car parking for rent
Palazzo Augustinianum, Turin. Via Santa Chiara nr 19. Sant'Eligio block, formerly Pazzerelli Hospital.
Designed by engineer Mazzone, the building is well served in a neighborhood which in recent years has been the subject of interesting urban transformation through the renovation of entire buildings with the conservative recovery of buildings intended for commercial activities and offices. The historic building, previously a building of worship for the knowledge of the Shroud, was then a hospital for the care of the sick. Built between 1729 and 1730, it features a quadrangular layout with four sleeves that form a large internal courtyard with a portico and loggia on two sides. It became a university hostel in 1919 and took the name of Augustinianum in honor of the then Archbishop of Turin. Augustine Richelmy. It was recently restored and adapted to the needs of an important banking institution that rented it as a whole and is bound to the Superintendency of the BB.CC.and AA. Elevated building on four floors above ground plus basement and attic floor consisting of an inland plate from which emerges a rectangular building with internal courtyard equipped with three stairwells, load-bearing masonry structure with pitched roof.
The rental option considers the possibility of renting the entire building with a rent to be defined, or for single floors of approximately 1000 m2 each (not divided except by floor and in its entirety) for a request of 15,000 euros per month plus expenses. Parking spaces on the ground floor in the internal courtyard included in the request.
Wired property, double glazing, hot and cold air conditioning systems. Floating floor for office platforms. Very high level of internal finishing for use by a primary credit/financial institution which has recently vacated the spaces.
Highly representative headquarters, excellent roads and excellent positioning in the historic center of Turin.
