Description
The farm is located in the municipality of Bellante in the province of Teramo. It occupies six hectares of land on a slight hillside facing east-northeast towards the Adriatic coast. The farm has ICEA certification for organic production. The fortunate geographical position offers a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea, the Gran Sasso D'Italia and the mountains. The land of the farm is exclusively cultivated with olive trees. More than two hundred century-old trees are of the local Tortiglione variety. Thanks to its late ripening it is very rich in polyphenols and has a savoury and spicy taste. Another three hundred young trees are of the Leccino frantoio maurino and Pendolino varieties. This variety makes it possible to produce the D.O.P. oil "Petruziano delle colline Teramane", about whose quality the Romans have written since ancient times. The farm has a structure of about 200 square meters dedicated to the shelter of the tools for bottling, storage and sale of the product and a small office and guesthouse. Next to it a wooden structure serves as a shelter for agricultural vehicles. The well, which is sheltered and equipped with a modern system, ensures the correct supply of water. The farmhouse is the highlight in terms of urban planning. As it is a completely usable volume, it lends itself to a fascinating renovation. On the lot, the residential type necessary for the running of the estate (agricultural activity) is permitted. The property currently has a surface area of approximately 460.00 sqm, considering that the zoning
provides for a maximum buildability of 266 square metres.
