Funtana-Fontana has been declared the most tourist place on the Adriatic and is located along the road Porec - Vrsar-Orsera along which many family houses were built and almost no one does not receive a guest in the summer season. The apartment house is located in Funtana, a small Istrian town, 500 m from the sea. It was built in 2014 on a plot of 1126 m2. It consists of ground floor, first floor and second floor. There are a total of 7 residential units + 3 suites, a tavern with a fireplace and a swimming pool on the west side of the house in front of a covered terrace of 24 m2. There is a great potential for rent, the owners earn high incomes on an annual basis. Apartments and studios are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, furniture and materials. In front of the house is a large parking space for guests (for 10 vehicles). The plot is surrounded by a stone wall with stone pillars and a fence. The pedestrian and car gates are well made.
