These details alone might intrigue you, but if you come inside with us, what makes this solution rare and valuable are the stone walls and the generous spaces. The environment is austere, with a ''masculine'' note; we do not have the superfluous but the essential and materials such as stone, the fireplace, the size of the rooms, the old beams on the ceilings are the elements that fascinate contemporary man who loves to go back in time; if he is passionate about cooking and loves sharing lunches or dinners with friends, it is the home for him, and for the whole family. In fact we have a large room with an open kitchen, there are no clutters, a beautiful dining table for 8/12 people in solid wood, useful pantries and so on... A place to cook and have lunch with your family or friends friends it's a sure pleasure. For lunches or hobbies there is also a tavern with a wood-burning oven, an environment with stone walls, high ceilings, direct exit to the open air, a suggestive place that you cannot fail to appreciate. At the entrance we are welcomed by a double living room with high ceilings and a characteristic fireplace, a staircase with marble steps, a bright room open to the kitchen. It is a residence that offers the hiding place and the comfort we are looking for, but also the constant contact with the outside, from every window of the rooms we look out and the light comes in and the gaze is captivated by the views. If there is an elderly person in the family, they will find the advantage of a room on the ground floor with a private bathroom, if there are children or for guests on the first floor there are 5 rooms with a separate bathroom, the rooms overlook a large corridor. The house has a total of 4 bathrooms plus the laundry room. There is no shortage of "refuge" rooms for things that are not needed, the cellar and much more. For example, we have a warehouse with panoramic windows that could become a living environment, a laboratory, a studio, a motorcycle or vintage car shelter, everyone will see an additional space to interpret as best suits them. The greenery is divided into walkways, a bit like the terraces in Liguria, a place for those who love nature and olive trees which produce a good amount of oil, as well as fruit trees and vineyards for picking grapes and trying to have a small production of our own wine, why not? For the lazy ones there are no problems, there is help in the area who will do everything for us and will leave us only the pleasure of the result. On the sides of the building we find flat spaces where you can sit on deckchairs or something else to observe all around. You have to have a somewhat daring heart, it's a particular house that doesn't welcome everyone, you have to really love living in the house and love moving around like in a labyrinth to discover what's beyond the hedge.
