Description of the land
The area of 8,500 sq.m. it is located between the campsite and the sea, it seems
on the attached map.
The plot is buildable and there is currently an approved project for one
tourist complex with a total area of 1,200 sq.m. The project is characterized as
hotel and is divided into a central building with reception, restaurant and services, as well
and 24 separate rooms with independent entrance from the garden. Each room has
living room / bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
The land already has electricity and a well.
It is accessible by road from the port of Igoumenitsa, the central terminal
station for connections to Italy, with 80 kilometers of excellent road and by air
from Preveza airport, which is about 7 kilometers away. The
airport has daily connections to Athens and Thessaloniki.
The beach is 100 meters from the campsite and can be reached via a private
route extending along the northern side of the above area.
