On the hills of Arezzo's Chianti, a few km from the city center, this farm has become organic since 2017. A villa that bases its origins on a property from the 1600s and was completely restored in 2007 when it became a housing facility. The total land is approximately 24ha of which approx. 10ha of vineyard of which approx. 7ha in Sangiovese, the other vines are Trebbiano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Pinot bianco, Merlot and Syrah and a Manzoni cross. It can potentially produce 700/800 quintals of grapes corresponding to approx. 500 hectoliters of wine. The 3ha olive grove has 630 plants and produces a Tuscan IGP oil for a total of approx. 5 quintals, the rest of the land is forest. The company is eco-friendly as it has 78 kw of photovoltaic panels, 6 solar panels for hot water connected to the spa and the cellar as well as a pond of approx. 3000m2 and a swimming pool.
