Property can only accommodate a max of 4 guests and no pets allowed (no exceptions). Please do not inquire if intended rental time is less than 30 days & not within the timeframe in listing. Monthly rate is $4000 (Tenant pays for heat & electricity. Snow removal, garbage removal, internet, lawn maintenance included. Cleaning fee of $140 applied at end of lease). In-season rental (June 1 - Sept 30th) is handled through a vac rental site by the owner.
