The ground floor secondary residence has a bedroom and bathroom with a shower, an open-plan kitchen with sitting area and a fireplace. Both have access to the backyard where there is a BBQ. The house has endless views from all areas. It is only 5 minutes by car from the port, restaurants, supermarkets, the medical center, heliport, gas stations, post office, schools and beaches. During the summer months you can visit the nearby beaches such as Fellos, Ag. Petros, Golden Beach and end up in the taverns or the cosmopolitan Batsi for an evening stroll which are only 10 minutes away by car. Ideal for large families and for business use.

Enjoy fresh fish restaurants, by the sea in the village of Korthi, and the cosmopolitan, picturesque, seaside village of Batsi.
Accessibility: Andros is accessible from the port of Rafina and is the closest island of the Cyclades from Athens. There are at least four daily ferry services during the summer season and at least two during the winter. The journey takes just two hours. It is also connected by ferry to Tinos and Mykonos.
