Description
The villa is located in the hills of Agia Fyla area in Limassol, offering the stunning views of the coastline and of the city from above. The conceptual approach of the design was subsequently informed mainly by the site features – the southern orientation, the steep slope and the striking views. The villa spreads in 3 levels, first level below comprises the living, dining and kitchen areas, which are physically connected to the outdoor patio and the infinity-edge swimming pool and also mate room. There are office and bedrooms on the second and third levels. All the spaces are distributed around an interior open courtyard which starts at the lower level and is seen from all the levels of the house. The building’s envelope is formed conceptually as a sculpted rock, rising from the sloped, rocky land. The house has 6 bedrooms – all en-suite. Guest toilet, separate kitchen, second kitchen, utility room, jacuzzi, office, verandas, garden, smart home system, elevator, swimming pool (overflow), covered parking for two cars, solar water heating system, air conditioning (VRV), central heating ( heated floors diesel, gas), double glazing, sea and city views, alarm system, irrigation.
