This villa is ideally situated in the very heart of the coastal town of La Caleta, on the South West coast of Tenerife, Spain.
The property enjoys various terrace areas so one can always find a sunny or shady spot. Boasting a private pool, bbq area and upper roof terrace.
The interior of the holiday home is divided into two levels. On the ground floor there is a large lounge area with open plan, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a shower room. A very comfortable layout.
Upstairs is the third bedroom with its own shower room. Both rooms lead out to the upper terrace which enjoys sea views.
The exterior area is spacious and one can always find shade or sun . A barbecue area enjoys a quiet corner with exterior dining. There are sun beds by the pool making it the perfect place to relax and cool off.
At walking distance, you will find a wide range of the finest restaurants in Tenerife - Italian, Asiatique, fish and meat cuisine.
