The 'Herdade da Serra D'Ossa' is located near Borba and Estremoz, in the Alentejo, and has an area of approximately 91 hectares, and with a Manor House with 70 m2 in ruins, with incredible views to the plain and to the immensity of the valley, it is basically and massively constituted by Eucalyptus trees in frank growth, allocated to a contract, which only ends in 2028, and on that concession, the owner receives about 15 thousand Euros gross / year.
