Cala Rajada is one of the main tourist destinations on the island. Tourism began to land here in the 1960s; before that Cala Rajada was a small fishing port. Cala Rajada is the closest point between Mallorca and Menorca.

the house is distributed in 3 different and independent spaces. The largest is the main house with two double bedrooms, complete bathroom, toilet and large open plan living room with open plan kitchen. Leaving the large courtyard there is a large space with swimming pool overlooking the sea and from which there is access to 2 studios or bedrooms completely independent and with bathroom and kitchen.
The whole house is exterior and very luminous.
The house also has 5 parking spaces and storage room.
