English: We propose this pearl located in Valdinievole, a farm a few km from the Montecatini Terme toll booth, a splendid structure obtained from the renovation of an old mill from the 1600s with a barn and a hut. For a long time the owners had been looking for a ruin to equip it as a farm and one day, passing by those parts, they "barely" noticed it because it was surrounded by masses of plum trees, at that precise moment they understood that this would be the place where they could make their dream come true. The structure is made up of several buildings where six apartments and a single room have been set up which are rented especially in the summer period. The units are all equipped with excellent services such as air conditioning, TV, telephone, WI-FI, kitchens equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, and almost all with a fireplace, outdoor barbecue. One apartment has a bathroom for disabled people. The buildings are surrounded by about five hectares of land, many of which are reserved for the cultivation of olive trees, from which a fair production of oil is obtained extra virgin. The municipality has issued a favorable opinion for the creation of an area used as a wellness center. The structure has a beautiful swimming pool and other services to spend unforgettable moments of relaxation. The tourist accommodation activity is well established and boasts excellent results.
