Description
An old Tuscan farmhouse, in the hills between Arezzo and Siena present in the ancient maps of the area since 1765, has been completely and finely restored in 2021 by architects Gualtiero Sacchi and Giulio Senserini, now divided into three units. On the first floor a bright living room with kitchen and relaxation area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor a living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and finally a suite with a bedroom and bathroom. All the furnishings in the house are design products and signed by great architects such as Roberto Baciocchi, Cristina Celestino and Archirivolto. The vintage items, mostly bought at the antiques fair in Arezzo, can be purchased like any other household item. The rooms have been skilfully designed to make them cosy, comfortable and extremely refined with natural colours inspired by Tuscan tradition.
The garden of about 4ha is terraced on the hillside and contains more than 300 olive trees by landscape architect Silvia Ghirelli. The swimming pool enjoys a beautiful panorama over the Val di Chiana. An ideal property to live in or even to put to income that mixes history, tradition and modernity set in the Tuscan hills and surrounded by beauty.
