Within walking distance of the centre of Saint-Remy-de-Provence, close to the Coinon arena, the authentic character of this Mas (Provencal farmhouse) has fortunately been preserved. With 140 s.m. it offers, on the ground floor, a dining room with an open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, hotplates, wine cooler, dishwasher, filter and piston coffee makers, small electrical appliances), a large living room with a mezzanine, a cosy living room with a fireplace and TV, a bedroom (140 cm bed) with large wardrobes, a laundry room (washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and storage space) which leads to a shower room (shower and washbasin). On the first floor, a large master bedroom (queen-size bed) with cupboard and en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin), a children's bedroom (2 single beds), a double bedroom (140 cm bed), a family bathroom (bath and washbasin) and a toilet. The thick walls of traditional farmhouses keep the inside cool as long as you close the windows and shutters during the day and open them wide as soon as the temperature drops. Fans are available.
The 1,000 s.m. grounds allow children to play freely, adults to share a few games of petanque and the whole family to enjoy the 8 x 4 m swimming pool secured by an immersed alarm. In the evening, on the gas barbecue, you will prepare the local products: zucchinis, tomatoes and eggplants, sausages or lamb chops and sip a glass of rosé.
