Description
Quinta de São Gonçalo is located in the heart of the Douro, 1 km from the historic center of Vila Flor.
This Quinta is one of the oldest wine producers in the region and, according to historical sources, belonged to the grandson of the Marquês de Pombal, Prime Minister of Portugal, having had several owners since the 17th century. XVIII, as the Real Companhia Velha.
The property has approximately 7.5 hectares, with a built surface of approximately 3000 m 2 and comprises:
- Main house with 710 m 2 , with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, a covered terrace with 167 m 2 and another terrace with 62 m 2 .
- Caretaker's House - 2 floors, each with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen.
- Wine fermentation and elaboration workshop.
- Guest house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

- 2 underground cellars for 10,000 bottles.
