Leaving the state road, walk a few hundred meters and reach the villa with its automatic access gate. You enter the large flat private garden facing the villa, along the well-kept stone path you reach the entrance on the ground floor. High arcades surround the entire living area characterized by large windows that give light to the interiors. From the armored entrance door you enter the large living area characterized by double height and large spaces. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped; on the ground floor there is a large double bedroom with its service and the boiler room. Going up a comfortable internal staircase in stone and steel, you reach the first and last floor which partly overlooks the living area and is therefore very bright.
