Description
Herdade da Justa is a 122-hectare property (1,220,800 m2) located between Arraiolos and Estremoz.
The property is morphologically flat, with areas of gentle slopes, allowing you to enjoy unobstructed and breathtaking views of the Alentejo plains and Evoramonte Castle.
It has several buildings, including
- 200 m2 old farmhouse, with electricity, supplied by a well with plenty of water;
- a small house to support the hill;
- agricultural warehouse of around 235 m2;
- equipped milking parlour and agricultural support areas next to it.
At the agricultural level, the property is made up of a 15-hectare irrigated area with a pivot, a beautiful cork oak forest that produces around 2000@ of cork, some holm oaks, a traditional olive grove and a large area of cleared land that can be used to produce other crops.
One of the property's great assets is its installed water capacity: 2 dams with springs and always with excellent water levels, 2 artesian boreholes and 2 wells.
There is electricity at various points, with 3 PTs installed.
Access is on a passable dirt track, about 5 kilometres from the tarmac road. 30 km from Estremoz, 40 km from Evora and 140 km from Lisbon.
