The entire property measures approximately 3000 m2 and is developed in three main volumes, the 750 m2 villa intended as the owners' residence, the 600 m2 farmhouse consisting of 6 beautiful independent apartments plus another to be restored and a third volume also it to be recovered and restructured of about 800 square meters. The main villa has two independent entrances which divide the property into two large ground floor apartments, communicating internally with each other. Vicchio is a town in the Tuscan countryside of Mugello with ancient Etruscan origins. Its history sees the importance of the area in which it is located, the Mugello, for which the Florentine Republic has shown its interest since the thirteenth century by creating new urban centers closely connected to the city by administrative and economic constraints, including Vicchio who remained extremely faithful to the Republic even when under siege by the Spanish troops. Even his ancient home is still present and maintained by the inhabitants, thus making it a destination for tourists from all over the world. In addition to Giotto's house, the church of Sant'Andrea Barbiana, the Cimabue bridge and the museum of Sacred Art are worthy of a visit in Vicchio.
