PROPERTY: Nestled in the hills of Tuscany Maremma we find this elegant, completely organic resort, only a few kilometers from Grosseto and the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia. The property is completely restored using traditional materials such as stone, terracotta and wood.
The main building, used as a manor house and plastered in a very light grey colour, is composed of a large open space where we find the kitchen, living room and dining area, and then continues into the reading room, the three bedrooms with two bathrooms, up to the bedroom with
guest bathroom.
The other buildings, these completely covered in stone, are divided into guest flats. Two of them consist of a living room with kitchen and bedroom with bathroom, while one consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. The suite consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom with bathtub with a spectacular view down to the sea and bathroom.
The entire property, finely furnished and conserved, is located in a hilly position with over 42 hectares of surrounding land, where there are 500 olive trees in production and 500 square metres of completely organic vegetable garden. The spectacular 15x5 swimming pool with double infinity edge seems to embrace the sea in the background and is surrounded by a large relaxation area.
Energy saving is also very important thanks to the production of electricity, with 20 KW of photovoltaic panels located above the port car. Currently, the facility is in operation and enjoys high ratings on major international portals, is present as a location for various commercial sponsorships and has a high annual turnover.
LOCATION: We are located in the Tuscan Maremma, specifically in Campagnatico in the hamlet of Marrucheti, easily reachable from Grosseto and from the Via Aurelia for those arriving from Rome or Pisa. The main sea resorts that can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car are Alberese, with its wonderful unspoilt park, Marina di Grosseto, Principina, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala. It is 20 km from Grosseto, the capital, where we find, in addition to the hospital and the railway station, several shopping centers and the beautiful historic center surrounded by the Medici walls, full of shops and restaurants. Wonderful medieval villages are easily reachable, such as Scansano, Montalcino and Saturnia.
