The Quinta is in the upper Douro
Its slopes and valleys run into the Douro River.
The farm and its vineyards are located in the sub region of the upper Douro region of the demarcated region of the Douro - the oldest demarcated region in the world, 1756, being still inserted in the classified area of the Douro Vinahteiro World Heritage.
The farm borders with the Douro River, has hip Douro for boats and has potential for tourism.
Characteristics:
- Total area 75 ha; the land is excellent for the cultivation of the vineyard of benefit, because shale and sun exposure, combined with a micro climate with high temperatures in summer and warm in winter, are the key and unique factors for the production of generous wine.
The selection of grape varieties, the technical use of planting, cultivation and modern treatment, in line with centuries-old traditions, make the wine of the quinta a product of recommended quality, competing with the best wines of the region
50 ha of mechanized vineyard, of which 15 ha has drip watering installed:
- VLQPRD 130 Pipas production;
- VQPRD 120 Pipas production;
- Traditional wine cellar with 5 granite presses with mechanical treading and capacity storage for 160,000 litres, area 580m2;
- Duly legalised tax warehousing;
- Cold system for winemaking;

Description of the Vineyards:
The vineyard are composed of about 30 hectares with 20 years, 13
hectares with 11 years and 8 hectares with 5 years.
All strains belong to letter A.
The following percentages shall apply to the production varieties:
- Touriga Franca, 35%;
- Touriga Roriz, 30 %;
- Touriga Nacional, 27%;
- Tinta Barroca, 5%;
- Tinto cao, 3%;
