Description
Von Moltke is a three-story heritage mansion located in the heart of Cerro Alegre in Valparaíso. It was designed and built in 1886 by the famous architect and engineer of that time, Mr. Carlos Von Moltke. In 2008, it was completely renovated by its current owner, who used it for commercial purposes as a boutique hotel on the second floor and as a residential space on the third floor.
The mansion features a traditional Valparaíso facade in excellent condition. The first floor or base is currently used as a commercial space of 80 sqm, with covered parking for two vehicles and an additional storage area of 70 sqm.
The second floor has been converted into two independent apartments, each fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, terrace, and bedroom. Additionally, there are two additional rooms with their own bathrooms on this level.
The third floor, approximately 170 sqm, has been designated as a separate residential residence. It includes an equipped kitchen, dining area, bright living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. This level provides access to a 30 sqm rooftop with a pergola and grill, offering a 360° view of Valparaíso and the port.
