Lucas Fox is pleased to present this magnificent modernist property called La Casa de Chocolate. It is a building in the municipality of Sant Cugat del Vallés, in the Vallès Occidental, included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. It is a summer tower, in an eclectic modernist style, commissioned in 1928 from the architect Doménec Sugrañes Gras, one of Gaudí's main collaborators.
This spectacular modernist house/tower has an area of 347 m² on a plot of 1,417 m². It is distributed in three plants.
We enter the property from a majestic entrance and we find the entrance hall that leads to a complete bathroom and a large living room with a fireplace and access to the balcony. The ceilings are high and it has an eclectic design. On the same floor we find a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have plenty of natural light, thanks to their exclusive windows.
Going up a spectacular wooden staircase, we access the first floor and we find a corridor, a large office, two bedrooms and a full bathroom .
