Enter a universe where the protagonist is you, surrounded by trees that hide the sun, 1000 different birdsongs and the relaxing Caribbean breeze of the Tulum sea. In this project, we are talking about a different type of structure, where the experience can be breathed, touched and lived.~~This project creates a dialogue with space and vegetation, through a common central room that can be opened and closed through mechanisms of surrounding windows that fold upwards.~~The house has two floors. On the first floor we find a common central room, a 38m2 pool surrounded by green areas. On the upper floor we find the 4 very spacious double rooms where each of them includes a private patio with bodies of water.~~It is a unique, modern and sustainable property that offers a comfortable and technologically advanced lifestyle in a naturally beautiful environment .~~Reference V2502-ZT~
