Furthermore, the house has a special suite to receive guests. Throughout the house there is an intelligent central air conditioning system (GMV), DVR security with cameras and presence sensors. Electricity is automated, aiming for greater energy savings. The ceiling height is 5 meters on all levels of the house. On the ground floor it reaches 9 meters in height. The slab has thermoacoustic insulation. In its external area there is the SekaPiso crack system, which allows better water drainage.
