The hilly height of the place at about 450 m asl makes the property climatically pleasant in every season of the year, with mild and sunny winters, lack of fog and humidity and cool and slightly breezy summers. Through the charming lane among the olive trees one reaches the riding stables with three horse boxes and continuing to the swimming pool with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, facing south and sunny all day long.
