Description
In the spectacular setting of the locality of Cannaverde, halfway between the Bay of the Cavallo Morto and the Salicerchie beach, stands an imposing historical structure which represents an excellent architectural example of a defensive and sighting tower within the anti-Saracenic system of the ancient Maritime Republic of Amalfi. It is currently one of the largest private estates on the Amalfi Coast.
The property, surrounded by various terraces and gardens, extends from the roadside, starting from the parking area of about 150 square meters to the sea, where a private cliff represents a peculiarity to enjoy a stay in these extraordinary places in total relaxation.
Continuing between pine trees and terraces, you come across the first rooms which, due to their position and panorama, herald the singular atmosphere of the Tower. The structure is developed in two main bodies, with a total internal surface area of about 450 square meters. The first, which consists of a large building where there are 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a guest house on two levels and various terraces in front, enriched by a semi-covered swimming pool; the second, or the magnificent Tower, renovated in recent years, is spread over four levels and is surrounded by vast terraces overlooking the sea and the open panorama of the Coast.
The external areas are vast, approximately 6,000 square meters, where alleys and stairways intertwine in the middle of the Mediterranean scrub. Furthermore, note a large area used as a theater for business meetings and events, the 40 square meters of sauna area, outdoor showers and a salt water jacuzzi on a terrace overlooking the sea.
