Description
Located on the slopes of the ancient medieval city of Todi, the ancient village with its castle dating back to the 13th century has undergone a profound redevelopment which has transformed the property into a structure made up of various real estate units, all renovated with quality materials and furnished with a skilful refinement that offers moments of relaxation thanks also to the panoramic views of the rolling Umbrian hills and the luxuriant countryside. The main body of the village is a two-storey building which is accessed via a large square that leads the visitor towards the reception. A large staircase, under the very high vaulted ceilings, leads the visitor to the upper floors where the various apartments are located, all with exposed beam ceilings, suggestive views, composed of lounges with open kitchen, or a separate kitchenette from the salon. The apartments are completed by the master bedrooms with large bathrooms and walk-in closets. All the bathrooms in the apartments are in Bisazza mosaic, while the size of the halls and the location of the bedrooms vary according to the floor where the real estate units are located. On the ground floor of the building, there are two other apartments. The first of these two apartments, on the right side of the entrance, has two ancient windows, the small loopholes of the past, while the second apartment, on the left, overlooks the roofs of the village and the adjacent alley. The apartments on the first floor, which are different from those on the second floor, have bathrooms in gold-colored Bisazza mosaics, or internal mezzanines and steps. On the second floor, there are four other panoramic apartments, one of which is a three-room apartment and has a living room on the upper floor and two bedrooms.
The village is also made up of other real estate units which can be accessed along alleys paved with cobblestones and stone stairways that make the visitor relive romantic atmospheres. The tuff in the ancient atmospheres of the past is guaranteed, while peace and silence reigns everywhere in the village.
