The chalet is located 5 minutes by car from La Foux and 10 minutes from Allos village, you can access La Foux and Allos using the station shuttles, the stop of which is at the end of the street. In winter, La Foux d'Allos is a family resort combining snow and maximum sunshine where beginners or experienced skiers will find what they are looking for. La Foux station is connected with Praloup. In summer, you can walk from the chalet and walk towards the Col d'Allos. La Foux is at the gates of the Parc du Mercantour and Lac d'Allos and its many walks where you can meet marmots and perhaps chamois, mouflons and deer that inhabit the mountains. For cyclists, you are on the Col d'Allos road towards Barcelonnette and the Ubaye Valley 45 minutes away. The most trained will travel the circuit of the 3 passes. For mountain biking, the Transverdon route will take you through technical trails to splendid landscapes or by using the ski lifts, you can descend the slopes from 2,400 m to 1,400 m. For quiet family moments, you can stroll through the streets of the fortified city of Colmars located 20 minutes away or go swimming at the Allos Leisure Center and its many activities. Castellane and the Gorges du Verdon are 1h30 away. La Foux is ideally placed to enjoy a second home in summer and winter, being 2 hours from Nice or Monaco and 3 hours from Toulon or Marseille.
