Description
In one of the best areas in Puerto de la Cruz we find this nearly 16.000m2 plot of building land with a ruin of an old mansion with about 1.134m2 build surface. Unfortunately the building burned down a couple of years ago and needs to be reconstructed completely.
Right now it is allowed to build apartments in the upper area of the plot with a total of 5000m2 build surface. The new planificación of the municipality previews a build surface of aprox. 9000m2 and some changes.
The pictures show a project study of reconstruction of the old mansion and 2 buildings in the upper area of the plot with apartements, as well as a public park.
