Description
The Casa Naturista feutures 9 bungalows built with adobe, stone and wood, scattered over an area of approximately 3,500 m2, in the center of a rectangular lot of almost 9,000 m2 in which, in addition, there are green areas with fruit and decorative trees, as well as parking areas and internal trails. They contain 7 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms), a large kitchen, summer living-dining room, winter living-dining room with fireplace and library, gymnasium, covered and open-air terraces with planters, a two-story ceramic workshop and a service area with 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The 9 bungalows are arranged around a small central garden with stone walls and steps and a central courtyard with stone and calicanto floors. They are separated (and joined at the same time) by corridors and passageways created by 5 stone and calicanto walls 3 meters high and 50 cm wide, with windows and porches with carved stone lintels with interior light. Some passages have stick roofs. In the area occupied by the archipelago of bungalows there is a closed circuit for water recirculation. The electrical installations provide electricity from Luz del Sur to all the bungalows, reflectors and high and low wall lights, as well as to the water extraction and recirculation system. The front perimeter has 5 surveillance cameras connected to a recorder, screen and internet, as well as an electric fence that can be activated or deactivated by remote control. It also has a double-leaf wooden gate through which high tonnage vehicles can circulate, as well as a remote-controlled lift gate for the circulation of cars and vans. The Casa Naturista has a fiber optic internet connection, which is distributed to all the bungalows through a network of UTP cables. There is also a cable TV connection that is connected only to the winter room. For rent with swimming pool
