On the property there are 3 more houses but they do not have access to the exclusive space of the villa by the pool.
It has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue exclusive to the villa.
Villa equipped with iron, wifi, hairdryer, television, fully equipped independent kitchen with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Pricing & Payments
For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit 300.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
Check-in times from 3 pm to 7 pm;
Late check-in:
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - 30.00;
10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - 40.00;
24h00 to 02h00 - 50,00.
Check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.;
Extra cleaning services only available when requested at the time of booking (extra payment).
The amount of the reservation will not be refunded in case of withdrawal
