In order to maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene, the presence of pets in the apartment is strictly forbidden. In addition, all tenants are required to comply strictly with the condominium rules. Compliance with these rules is essential to maintaining peace and harmony within the condominium.
We would also like to point out that tenants are not authorized to invite guests to the condominium pool, nor to organize receptions or gatherings in the apartment. In the event of non-compliance with the terms of the rental agreement and the commitments made, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement early.
