THE HOUSE
The house was designed by Brazilian architect DAVID BASTOS, and has a modern yet rustic style that brings together the relaxed and the exquisite, creating an amazing combination of spaces to welcome the visitors. The décor and design style allows the visitors to feel almost outdoors, such is the amplitude that embraces the golf course only a step away. Surrounded by nature, the spaces and the furniture of the house - amazingly comfortable – brings to the décor a unique local ‘baiano vibe’, very cool and modern.
THE SOCIAL AREA
The house conception turns the sitting room, pool room and home theater into one large social space, connected to the dining room and its charming opened kitchen. The gourmet area includes a barbecue corner and bar, as well as a lounge where breakfast or a happy hour can be shared, all surrounded by the swimming pool, the garden and the great view of the golf course.
Internet connected TV, High Speed Wi-Fi and sound system makes it even more appealing. The garden is connected straight to the immense golf course, a stunning open view. A cozy sauna occupies a private space besides the swimming pool.
THE BEDROOMS SUITES
The six comfortable suites (a Master suite, two Double suites and three Singles suites - with two beds and three beds respectively), each one with its all white bathrooms. Five of the suites open its view to the nature around the house, all connected to the main building through an artificial pond at the pass way, and one suite is located by the main entrance.
