Description
In the commune of Puyehue, province of Osorno. 40.7 km from the City of Osorno, 17 km from Entre Lagos, and 16.7 km from the Lago Rupanco drainage. The access to the field is by the international route in the direction of Entre Lagos and then by the U-453 route. A 255.8-hectare field that combines meadows with gentle hills, flat meadows with views of the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes, and areas of native forest with the presence of adult coihues, last, canelos, and myrtle trees. It is made up of 164.5 hectares of improved pastures and the remaining 91.3 hectares of native forest. It also has a network of interior roads in very good condition, drainage that allows working the meadows all year round, and a network of drinking fountains in all the paddocks. The perimeter fences are new and there is an electric fence inside the field. It has a single-phase light, administration house, and tenant house. It is currently dedicated to the production of boules and the fattening of cattle.
