You fall in love with certain houses as soon as you walk through the gate. A particular alchemy is created, I can't tell you if it's the details, the perfumes or the arrangements, the fact is that the house we will visit today made my heart beat faster. First the context. In fact, let's immerse ourselves in the tranquility of the Livorno Maremma countryside, halfway between the magnificent beaches of the Etruscan coast, the lush hills and the historic medieval villages. Then the object. A wonderful villa with a single floor above ground set in a park of 6,500 m2. How about visiting it with me? Let's start right away with one of my favorite places in the house, the kitchen. The main magical moments in the family are lived here, perhaps because it is the place where we meet quickly in the morning before a coffee, before starting the day by saying good morning, or for sharing stories of what happened it is done during meals. The fact is that the kitchen remains the most intimate and sacred place in the family. Here we have a welcoming and well-equipped one where, while we indulge ourselves in the kitchen, we can enjoy the view of our garden. Adjacent to the kitchen is the solar greenhouse, a dining room with the particularity of having a glass ceiling and where the sun and the light will always keep us company. The beautiful living room, with attention to every detail, with two views of the porch in front of the house, is the right place to relax and the large fireplace helps this magical place to become even more welcoming. I find the choice of greenery in the entrance very apt as a reference to the external windows, as well as the friezes on the walls that recall the precious iron artifact made on the main door. From the living room a staircase leads us to the basement and here on a size similar to the ground floor, there are large rooms, a large study with a relaxation area, a bathroom-laundry room, a sewing ironing room and two large rooms to be used for multiple uses and all with vents which, in addition to giving light, allow natural ventilation. But let's go back to visit the rest of the house. A first bedroom looks directly onto the living room, while a small through sitting room leads us to the real sleeping area. Here I wouldn't know which to choose between the master room where white and red dominate and the double room with walls frescoed with hilly landscapes. The three bathrooms deserve a special mention. All different from each other, but with one common feature: beauty. The first, exclusive to the master bedroom, elegant in shades of white and midnight blue with the characteristic rounded-shaped crystal shower box, the second overlooking the double bedroom, modern and design, covered in red and white mosaic that draws huge flowers on the walls and the third in shades of blue and white and the handcrafted corner shower cubicle. Two out of three bathrooms share a feature, the glass ceiling from which you can admire the white roof with exposed beams that characterizes the entire floor. The warm season means open air and here, where the climate is certainly favourable, outdoor spaces are an added value and this villa is not lacking. The porch with the outdoor oven, the gazebo, a comfortable canopy and a brand new building built not far from the house where you can give vent to your hobbies or to use as an annex to host friends or relatives in total independence, all in over 6,500 square meters of land totally fenced where water will never be a problem thanks to the private well. I imagine you will also have cars, the problem is solved, you can park them indoors in the masonry shed next to the entrance gate. A third bathroom in shades of blue concludes our visit to the main structure. I don't think I managed to convey to you the passion and joy that this house arouses, but I'm sure that while you wandered around its rooms, its spaces and its details, you will have felt the desire to stop and stay here for the rest of your life.
