We have a request for information: For housing (not pre-existing any building for this purpose), if located in ASP, the claim may be allowed, up to the maximum area of 500m2, in accordance with point (c) of paragraph 1 of Art. 56 of the MIP, with emphasis on the demonstration of quality of farmer to be issued by DRAP - PROTA Declaration.
For agricultural support, if located in ASP, the claim may be allowed up to the maximum area of 1 077.50m2 (53.875ha x 0.002), in accordance with point (b) of article 59(1) of the MDP.
For tourist developments, if located in ASP, the claim may be allowed, up to the maximum area of 21 550m2 (53.875ha x 0.04), in accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of the MIP Regulation' Does not exempt from consulting entities.
