The splendid estate covers about 320 hectares in the province of Pisa, in a central position with respect to the main Tuscan cities (Pisa, Florence, Siena). In the immediate vicinity are the Terme di Casciana and the Castelfalfi Golf Club 10 km away.
The history of the property is linked to the Pisan noble family Mastiani Brunacci (15th century); the manor house built at the end of the 1600s was a country residence and hunting lodge, later passed to the English Trivelles family, then to the Scheibler counts, then in 1921 to the Della Gherardesca family and in 1987 to the current owners.
The main body, now used as a luxury country resort, consists of an eighteenth-century villa with an area of 1000 square meters, arranged over 3 floors, with 12 bedrooms and bathroom, in addition to 3 independent Family Suites next to the villa.
The Villa and the hunting lodge are surrounded by an Italian garden that has been carefully restored and brought back to its maximum splendour. The main body also includes a park, a private chapel from the 1600s still consecrated, a 140 m2 infinity pool. and a synthetic grass tennis court.
The settlement also consists of a vast set of warehouses and remittances, in excellent state of repair, renovated buildings and regularly stacked to be restored.
Peculiarities of the Estate are the presence of a private grass airport (1000 m. x 30 m. with resistance in the absence of rain of 5 tons.), a helicopter landing pad, and 2 hangars (one for sheltering aircraft and 500 square meters and one only for helicopters).
Finally, there are over 300 hectares of private hunting reserve, a lake used for irrigation and sport fishing, an olive grove of about 2,000 units and arable land of about 240 hectares. Currently there are no vineyards but there is the possibility of acquiring vineyard rights for new plantings (some time ago there were Sangiovese vineyards) and there is an equipped cellar currently not in use.
The total area of the buildings on the territory of the Estate is over 18,000 square meters, including perfectly suitable, partially suitable, and disused buildings, but which can be rebuilt with the same volumes.
