This beautiful house is located in the privileged area of Cal Tiesso, near Can Roca-Muntanyeta. The house has spectacular views of the sea and is surrounded by absolute calm.
Going up the external stairs, we access the beautiful garden and terrace of the house. Before entering the house, we can appreciate a small corner in front of the entrance, where you can enjoy fresh summer meals exterior and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house has absolute privacy and has a large pool, whose machinery has been recently renewed.
From the main entrance, we find the entrance hall that connects with the large, fully equipped kitchen. From the entrance hall we access the spacious living-dining room divided into two areas. First, the part of the dining room where you can enjoy good family meals with views of the sea. Then, we find the part of the living room with its fireplace, which creates a relaxed atmosphere with pleasant views. The house is very bright, since it is oriented to the south. We access the first floor by stairs. Here, we find the main bedroom, with its dressing room and its own bathroom . It also has spectacular views of the sea, from where you can appreciate beautiful sunrises, as well as a large terrace, where you can appreciate the views even better and enjoy the tranquility. On the same first floor we find three additional bedrooms. Two of them face south and have the same sea views, with a shared bathroom . The third bedroom faces the other side of the house and today is used as a gym.
In the lower ground floor, we find the large and spacious garage, with capacity for six cars. In the garage there is also a guest bathroom. Today, on this same floor we find a workshop. The same floor has a storage room, machine room and a large pantry.
The house is very well protected and has the maximum possible security and a good installation of an alarm system throughout the house.
