We offer you 2 types of contract according to your needs and wishes:
1. CONTRACT WITH RENTAL GUARANTEE.
Receive between 30,000 and 50,000 euros per year depending on the type of chalet chosen and occupy your house for 6 or 8 weeks outside the summer season. (from September 15 to June 15)
2. PERCENTAGE CONTRACT.
Your home at your disposal without time or season restrictions. Allowing us to rent your home when you are not using it and receiving 60% of the rent charged for each week rented.
Periodic inspection and maintenance:
Air conditioning, filters and gas pressure. Maintenance of the aerothermal system. Pool cleaning and maintenance. Control and maintenance of the exterior carpentry, carpentry and cleaning and maintenance of the jacuzzi and sauna. Control and maintenance of photovoltaic installations. Cleaning and maintenance of all electrical appliances.
Control and maintenance of television antennas, satellite dishes and WIFI receivers.
