Description
The farm is in a mountainous area next to the town of Llifén and the T-55 route that joins Futrono.
It has 888 hectares located on one of the most emblematic hills in the area, which has panoramic views of Lake Ranco, the Calcurrupe River, and the surrounding valleys. It is covered with pristine Valdivian forests with a large presence of coigues, ulmos, and lengas. It has inland rivers, waterfalls, and rock walls that allow traditional climbing.
It has no interior roads or infrastructure.
Due to its characteristics and location, it is an attractive property for a conservation or tourism park and for its forest quality for carbon bonds.
