EASILY REACHABLE Rustico with annexes and large land located in the hamlet of Boccheggiano in the municipality of Montieri in the upper Maremma in a fairytale setting in the middle of a forest with lots of nature and animals and absolute privacy.
The main house, completed in 2004, is set on three levels (basement, ground floor and 1st floor). The surfaces

Equipment at the service of the property:
GAS: 1750 Lt LPG gas deposit. The gas only serves the main house, feeding the stoves and a wall boiler which supplies domestic hot water and for the radiators.
The heating system consists of two distinct sectors served by a solenoid valve controlled by a programmable weekly programmable thermostat. The radiators are made of "authentic" cast iron elements (value around €80/100 per element), recovered from a renovation of a historic building. The annex and the appurtenance have no heating system and domestic hot water is supplied by two electric boilers.
WATER: comes from a 3500 liter Roman well. The source has a flow rate of 3/3.5 m3/day. The well
it is served by a single-phase pump which fills a 5 m3 tank. The tank, basement, through
a three-phase pump with inverter feeds the irrigation circuit and 2 tanks of 5 m3 in the basement
