- The Puerta Sepúlveda Hotel was opened in 2003. - It has 10 rooms and a suite, all of which are very cosy and come in different styles. All of them have their own bathroom (suite with hydromassage), independent air conditioning (air conditioning and heating), television, piped music, minibar and Internet connection. It has a constructed area of 213m2 • Lower Roof Floor: It is intended as a hotel with a staircase, distributor with 5 rooms with a full incorporated bathroom. This floor has another two rooms to add to the 5 already for rent. It occupies an area of 212 m2. Total constructed area 1,037 m2. It also has a tiled summer terrace with an area of 124 m2 located at the main entrance.
